2009 National Infrastructure Protection Plan - Public Review Draft - 31 October 2008 The US Department of Homeland Security's National Protection and Programs Directorate released a public review draft of the 2009 National Infrastructure Protection Plan (NIPP) on 14 November 2008. This represented the second and final opportunity for public comment prior to a final senior-level DHS internal review towards the end of the year.
